Judd, Donald

At the end of the nineties we had two artists in our programme who had been working on the estate of Donald Judd, Holger Nickisch and Karien Vandekerkhove. The people who run the Estate visited croxhapox. In Texaans licht [Texan Light] (De Standaard, Wednesday 9 September 1998) Edith Doove touches upon the impact of the Texan environment: 'Some years ago he spent half a year at the ranch of Donald Judd in Texas. He got very much impressed by Judd's work and collection, but also by the landscape.'
